submitted by Andrew F. - |Recommended: NoRaised My Rent With No Notice Outside Of Lease — Im being charged an extra tacked on fee for insurance when I already have insurance. The new property managers in a week didnt fix the trash shoot resulting in it being down for thanksgiving. Two of the 3 elevators arent operational in the building since they took over. They stopped stocking coffee in the lobby which was an eminent in the lease agreement.

submitted by Ryan C. - |Recommended: NoReview Of Forge At Midtown Square — The transition from Thrive to Forge has not been good. You aren’t telling us what’s going on. Why is the trash backed up on every single floor The trash rooms stink because of all of the trash bags sitting around. It stinks so bad that I get a headache walking through the halls. Why hasn’t someone come through and taken all of these trash bags to the trash room Why have the two elevators been down all weekend with no signs or anything You aren’t giving us any communication on when these things will be resolved. This is not acceptable.

Our space is hard to park in and I can’t get into my car sometimes. It has also been broken into twice in the last month because the garage door has been broken. We’ve had problems getting the door open when it is closed. It’s overall been frustrating in the garage. Everything else is good
