I like that they have mutiple internet providers pre-installed and ready to go. The amenities are great expect for the dog wash room it's just ok . I struggled a lot with the old management team. The senior manager is the only one who knew anything. He was nice but would not actually help on many occasions. I've yet to really see the new team in action, but they seem nice.

As an example on 12 10 25 the internet went down for the whole property, and also affected residents ability to get packages from the package room and no communication about the outage was sent from property management to residents letting them know about the disruption, OR that the leasing team had left for the afternoon and were no longer on sight due to the outage due to their inability to work . This is a large property mangemetn company and I expect something different from such a large company as to how you run your operations.

New staff has been fine so far, a bit rude my first time interacting with y'all but I imagine there was a lot of stress transitioning to the two buildings right around the holidays and the second time was a lot more pleasant. There are constantly cars parked in the no-parking zone south of the building and it's pretty annoying. In general street parking is really bad here, I don't drive but my partner does, it would be nice to be able to pay for overnight parking under the building on an as-needed basis instead of paying for a space all of the time.

Garage parking is available, but it costs 200 per month for a single space. Management will not allow a second parking space they only provide one per unit. There has been a broken entry door leading in and out of the building to the stairwell and garages that remained un-repaired for an extended period of time, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. When I submitted my move-out notice, management stated they would be charging a cleaning fee because the apartment was provided “brand new.” However, when I moved in, the unit was not clean and had visible dust and dirt throughout. The lobby has had an unpleasant odor for several months without resolution. Water, sewer, and garbage are billed separately, and the cost has been significantly higher than expected for a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment higher than what friends pay for a full house. The price of utilities keeps increasing and usage habits are the same as when I moved in. Shifting to a new management company made paying rent a nightmare. I got told that I cannot submit a cashiers check and I would be charged late fees if I where to do so since there could be a delay in delivering the checks to the billing team. When issues arose, management was not very helpful, and communication was limited. The leasing team is hard to reach because they are not in their office or they don't pick up the phone. When you do call it goes to some third party answering service that can not help and doesn't know any of the stuff to get connected to the right person. Overall, the combination of limited parking, security concerns, maintenance delays, higher than expected costs, and communication issues made this a disappointing experience.
