What we’re made of
Spoiler: It’s mostly people. Really good ones.
Forge starts with people, like residents, partners, and the teams who make everything run. Our values shape how we build trust, solve problems, and show up for our communities. Yes, we love good systems. But we love the people inside those systems even more.
Values that keep us grounded.
People who bring warmth, clairity, and needed spark.
We pay attention to the details that make a difference: the conversations that build trust, the signals that show something needs adjusting, the spark that makes someone feel seen. Our systems keep things steady; our people make things special. This combination is what we’re made of—and what makes Forge, Forge.

President
I grew up under a big Montana sky, where open space taught me to dream big. That spirit carried me to Seattle, where I've spent over two decades in real estate — including co-founding a successful local management firm — before founding Forge to pursue the mission closest to my heart: making space for people to live vivid stories in valued communities. In additional to serving as the Treasurer of Community Roots Housing, Forge is where everything I've learned, believed, and built comes together.
I lead with a simple conviction — people come first. When we empower individuals to believe in themselves and each other, extraordinary things follow for our teams, our residents, and our communities. I'm driven by curiosity, grounded in purpose, and inspired daily by the idea that the built environment is the book upon which human stories are written. Forge is my way of making sure those stories are worth telling.
Camille Schott
Director of People Success
I'm a Seattle native whose love for people, community, and connection has shaped every step of my career. After graduating from Gonzaga (go Bulldogs!), I started in public relations working with real estate clients — which is how I first met Chasten. That introduction changed everything. After a stint living abroad in London, I returned to the Pacific Northwest and discovered my true passion: HR and the employee experience.
At Forge, I guide our people through every stage of their journey — from recruiting and onboarding to training, employee relations, and culture-building. Helping someone feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success from day one is the work that lights me up. When I'm not at work, you'll find me in Edmonds with my husband and two kids — at the beach, cheering at their games, or sneaking in a good workout.
Keith Hubrath
Director of Operations
I have over a decade of experience in real estate, beginning my career as a part-time leasing agent and advancing to a development manager role, where I was responsible for delivering more than $475 million in real estate projects to market. I now serve as Director of Operations at Forge, where I bring a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep-rooted curiosity to lead the Business Success team.
I am an Accredited Real Estate Manager (ARM), a licensed real estate broker in Washington state, and an active member of ULI Northwest and NAIOP Washington. In my free time, I enjoy playing music, cycling, kayaking, and spending time outdoors — hiking and camping with my partner, Jordan, and our two dogs, Baxter and Piper.
Rachele Potts
Sr. Client Success Manager
With over 15 years in multifamily housing across the Pacific Northwest, I've built my career around lease-ups, asset stabilization, and new development strategy. As Forge's Senior Client Success Manager, I bring leadership experience from across the industry — driving asset performance, leading high-performing teams, and navigating complex market conditions. My real passion is new development, where I get to shape design vision, identify target demographics, and build the strategic marketing plans and community connections that position assets to outperform from day one.
Born and raised in Seattle, I proudly call Kirkland home. Before entering multifamily, I spent 17 years in competitive gymnastics and found real fulfillment in coaching gymnastics and cheer — an experience that still shapes my leadership style, discipline, and passion for mentorship today. Outside of work, you'll find me traveling, hiking with my family, trying new recipes, and cheering on my son Mason at his football games.
Mary Warren
Client Success Manager
With more than 20 years across market-rate, affordable, student, senior living, lease-up, and new construction communities, I've built my career on a simple belief: great property management starts with strong leadership, genuine human connection, and empowered teams. As a Client Success Manager at Forge, I partner with ownership groups, asset managers, and onsite teams to drive performance and maximize asset value — while never losing sight of the people behind the numbers.
I'm also a passionate advocate for the multifamily industry, sharing candid insights on leadership, operations, and staffing with a growing community on LinkedIn. Originally from San Diego, I'm a proud mom of four daughters and grandmother to an amazing grandson. When I'm not working, you'll find me paddleboarding, hiking, playing pickleball, tending to my plants, watching the hummingbirds in my backyard, or playing piano.
Sarah Ross
Systems Engineer
I didn't expect to end up in property management when I was acting in school plays and reading books about dragons and faraway lands. But an Office Assistant role ten years ago set me on a path that led me to Forge — and in many ways, it felt like fate (just like in the books). Today, as Systems Engineer, I lead our Property Support Specialists and serve as Forge's Entrata subject matter expert, focused on solving problems and making life easier for our teams every day.
I love digging into the "why" behind an issue and finding the fix when something isn't working. Of all of Forge's core values, "We are curious" resonates with me the most — because there's always another secret to uncover, and that's what makes life (and the work) interesting.
Breanna Johnson
Property Support Specialist
I take pride in bringing efficiency, organization, and solutions to every aspect of my work. My personal motto is "I'm here to help," and I believe that approach is the foundation of both professional success and meaningful relationships. With more than eight years in property management — including time as an Assistant Community Manager at Grand Street Commons and earning my real estate license while living in Florida — I've developed a strong understanding of the challenges both onsite and offsite teams face every day, which lets me support our teams from multiple perspectives.
Outside of work, I express my creativity through drawing and art, watch anime with my husband, and spend as much time outdoors as I can. As a self-proclaimed nature enthusiast, I'm always looking for my next adventure. Whether I'm helping a team solve a problem, improving a process, or discovering a new hiking trail, I bring a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
Haley Wilcox
Property Support Specialist
Hi, I'm Haley — a DC native turned proud PNW transplant. After moving around quite a bit, I've finally landed somewhere that feels like home, where my weird, authentic self gets to thrive (shoutout to my awesome coworkers for that). As a Property Support Specialist, I bring 10 years in residential real estate — though honestly, much longer if you count helping my dad after school growing up. What I love most is being in service to our communities through clear, consistent communication, because I truly believe where you live matters.
As someone who's rented for years myself, I know how much it matters to have someone in your corner — and I can promise that if you're talking to me, we'll figure it out together. When I'm not working, you'll probably find me at a Storm or Mariners game, out camping or hiking with my dog Larue, or fully committed to a reality TV binge.
Ivvonne Morales
Sr. Anchor Community Manager
Originally from Texas, I've called the Seattle area home since 2008. With more than a decade in multifamily housing, I serve as Senior Anchor Community Manager — moving across our portfolio to support lease-ups, stabilized assets, and multi-site properties wherever I'm needed most. I lead with a collaborative, dependable, approachable style, and I find the greatest fulfillment in mentoring others and building environments where both employees and residents can thrive.
My personal philosophy is simple: lead with kindness, work with purpose, and always put people first. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two boys, and you'll find us soaking up Washington summers — discovering new restaurants, spending days on the lake, or escaping to Lake Chelan, one of our family's favorite spots. For me, it's all about creating meaningful memories with the people and places that matter most.
Jake Straight
Regional Facilities Manager
Growing up, I gravitated toward anything fast: gaming on our first Super Nintendo, watching my uncle race professional sprint cars, and tinkering with my dad on a car or our custom-built Harley. Multifamily found me in 2006 when the construction market slowed, and I haven't looked back. Since then, I've taken on just about every role in the industry — Maintenance Tech, Supervisor, leasing, even managing a small property.
As Forge's Regional Facilities Manager, I'm excited to be working alongside Lake Union Partners directly — taking the best of the "old ways" I've learned over nearly two decades and helping usher in the "new ways" everyone in our industry talks about. It's the kind of work that keeps me curious, hands-on, and looking forward to what we're building next.
Ravi Narayan
Digital Marketing Manager
As Forge's Digital Marketing Manager, I bring a background spanning property management and e-commerce, with a focus on leveraging data and insights to build campaigns that drive real engagement. I studied Business with a concentration in marketing at PSU, and I love the creative side of the work — solving problems, spotting opportunities, and collaborating with others to come up with fun, engaging ideas. My goal is to use my skills in marketing and analytics to help Forge grow.
Beyond the screen, I enjoy exploring new places to eat, spending time outside, and getting lost in a good book — or a good anime (Naruto, One Piece, and Attack on Titan are top of the list). After a lifetime of being a dog person, I recently adopted a cat, and I've been surprised by how much I love the calm simplicity that comes with it.
Rebecca Schoener
Compliance Manager
As Forge's Compliance Manager, I'm driven by a deep belief that housing is a fundamental human right. I help our residents navigate Seattle's Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) and Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA) programs — work I'm truly proud to be part of. I started as a leasing agent in Capitol Hill, where I fell in love with helping people on their housing journeys and learned everything I could about Seattle's income-restricted programs. Finding a home is hard enough, so my mission is to simplify what can feel like a complicated process and remove barriers so affordable housing is genuinely accessible to our communities.
When I'm not working, you'll find me watching Star Trek with my cats or adventuring around the city. I love the color pink (if you couldn't already tell), a good book, and an even better cup of coffee.
Vicky Pang
Property Accountant II
As Forge's Accountant, I bring an experienced property accounting background and a strong foundation in the real estate industry, having worked with both property management companies and real estate developers. I value collaboration and teamwork, and I enjoy contributing to a positive, solutions-focused environment that supports the success of every asset and project I touch.
Outside of work, I have a deep passion for music. I love playing piano and am currently learning violin — a rewarding way to keep growing creatively and personally.
Aaron Klaus
Sr. Community Manager
AWith more than 18 years in multifamily housing, I serve as a Senior Community Manager at Forge, with a background spanning affordable housing, conventional communities, luxury high-rise properties, and new development — plus asset management and development consulting along the way. I'm especially passionate about lease-ups, where collaboration, adaptability, and proactive leadership are everything. My approach is centered on transparency, accountability, and finding practical solutions that support both operational goals and exceptional customer service.
Outside of work, I'm a self-described collector of hobbies. Whether I'm baking artisan bread, experimenting in the kitchen, making candles, tending to my bonsai trees and garden, writing music and playing guitar, or out hiking, camping, and paddleboarding, I love learning new skills and embracing creative challenges. Above all, I treasure time spent with my life partner, Janet, and our dog, Reuben.
Lejeanda McClellan
Sr. Community Manager
I'm a Seattle native with over a decade in property management, and as a Senior Community Manager, I lead our largest community and lease-up at Grand Street Commons as well as State Street. I love putting on dynamic community events, including championing the Judkins Park Light Rail Station Grand Opening at Grand Street Commons. Of Forge's core values, "We are curious" is the one I live every day — always digging into topics to find ways we can do better.
I'm passionate about building strong teams, supporting residents, and creating communities where people feel valued and at home. I believe great results come from genuine connection, consistency, and maybe a little extra coffee on the busy days. Outside of work, I'm an intro golfer and a full-time memory maker with my kiddos.
