A mission focused on creating spaces for people to live vivid stories in valued communities requires a team dedicated to serving neighbors, tenants, and communities. No team is closer to the action than the Forge Facilities team. The team stepped into properties with significant deferred maintenance and low renewal rates. With their hard work and commitment, and after a slew of summer turns, Forge turned struggling properties into well-oiled machines.
Forge's Regional Facilities Manager, Jake Straight, launched Forge Facilities week from September 14th to 18th. On Monday, the HQ team hosted a lunch for our Washington facilities techs sponsored by Rich's Landscaping. In celebration of working with Forge in its first year, the team received their Forge Founder baseball jerseys sponsored by Entrata and designed by Murcko Design.
On Tuesday, each tech received a backpack full of tools sponsored by AB General Contractors. Our Utah team received their backpacks sponsored by SpeedeTrash on Friday.
On Wednesday, the Washington team all bowled perfect 300s at The Garage sponsored by SatisFacts.
The week culminated with a lunch for the newly founded Utah Facilities team, and the entire crew was given a half day off to get their weekends started early.
